Precious Iluku

Precious Iluku is a seasoned financial expert specializing in Financial Planning, Treasury, Capital Structuring and Allocation, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Portfolio Management and Modeling. With a rich professional background, he commenced his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he ascended to the role of Audit Senior. Subsequently, he assumed the position of CFO at UBA Gabon before transitioning to FSDH Merchant Bank in 2013, initially as a Financial Controller. His tenure at FSDH saw him progress to the esteemed positions of Group Financial Controller and ultimately CFO, prior to his pivotal move to Kuda MFB in 2021. During his tenure at FSDH, Precious played a pivotal role in establishing the Financial Control Team during the bank's transformation from a Discount House to a Merchant Bank. Engaged in various key committees such as ALCO, credit committee, and IT steering committee, he showcased his strategic acumen and financial prowess. At Kuda, he strategically directs Finance, Operations, and Treasury functions, contributing significantly to the bank's remarkable success. A distinguished professional, Precious holds a Fellowship with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), is a Registered Accountant with (ICAN), a Chartered IFRS professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds solace in football and traveling during his leisure time.
